Love love LOVE this place. All of the employees are great, they go above and beyond to notice you and remember your typical order! I’ve had a lot of things on the menu and they have all been great! They protein powder they use is also great, super clean ingredients-cannot say enough good things or recommend them enough!!

Absolutely delicious and truly authentic açaí! The texture was smooth and refreshing, just like the bowls I’ve had in Brazil. Perfect balance of natural sweetness and rich flavor—not overly sugary like some places. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Highly recommend if you’re looking for the real deal!

I was in the area for an early morning appointment, and was headed to a coffee shop. I happened to stumble across this place and came here instead! So happy I did. Delicious and very cute atmosphere. I’ll be back!

This is my favorite place to get an açai bowl locally! They are super customizable and have great options. The staff has always been really kind and helpful as well!

I've had a few bowls from here and every time they have been great. They live up to their name: Fresh! Service is fast and friendly, online ordering is easy. I have only gotten things to go, but it looks like a nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy a breakfast or lunch. They have a small variety of locally made products for sale as well.

I love this place. I recently suggested Fresh! Downtown for an office breakfast for us to try out and as a majority, we loved it. The fruits in the bowls were fresh and delicious, my coworkers loved being offered a fresh and healthy option, and the service was fantastic. The two staff that were there were very accommodating to a large, detailed order. They did not appear frustrated at such a large order early in the morning. I had forgotten one smoothie from the order and they delivered it right to my office door. The atmosphere inside the café was cozy and comfortable with different options for sitting and enjoying a healthy snack or meal. They also sell local handmade trinkets and candles, which I think adds to their charm. I love a small business that supports local handmade crafts. It is for sure the type of place that caters to those that enjoy things like fresh smoothies and fruit bowls. There were a select few that had a hard time finding something they liked but it was because they were not a typical fan of the type of fare offered, but for those that enjoy they types of things offered on their menu, it was great. Highly recommend Fresh! Downtown!

Hit fresh after a workout at fit focus! Located in downtown Laconia very cool on the inside make sure you check out the only smoothie shop in the lakes region.

So good! We’ve tried a few of their smoothie bowls and they are DELICIOUS! Not sure how big the small size bowls are, but the bigger ones are HUGE. I have a hard time finishing all of it. 10/10 highly recommend. You can add pretty much everything you can think of to your bowls or smoothies - vitamins, protein powder, SO MANY toppings/ extras. Gotta try it!

Amazing breakfast sandwiches on home made sour dough! Only $5 each!! My husband had two sandwiches - a sausage, egg and American cheese and a bacon, egg and cheddar cheese. I had a BLT with avocado spread. Best breakfast sandwiches in Lakes region. Lots of street parking out front. Grab your sandwich to go here! Or dine in and enjoy the hometown atmosphere. Locally made candles and handmade decorations for sale. A community puzzle table to entertain you and completed puzzles on the wall. Very friendly owner. Highly recommend. Awesome fresh made food and great prices!!
